Meet Lily
My love for flowers began when I was a little girl. On my walks home from school they were always there along my path, and I would stop to smell them and even talk to them. I have loved flowers and plants ever since.
Flowers are beauty you can hold in the palm of your hand. They bloom for only a moment, and they give that moment everything they have. Floristry is what calls my heart and moves my soul; when I am with flowers, I feel truly alive. After a career in finance and real estate, I followed that calling in a heartbeat, and in 2022 I opened Blooms by Lily, a luxury wedding florist serving New Jersey and New York City, built on art, care and gratitude.
Weddings hold a special place in my heart because they are the moment two families come together to become one. Everyone who loves you gathers in one room. I still feel it every time the doors open and a couple sees their room for the first time. My designs are lush, and I approach every detail as a perfectionist, a gift from my parents that I carry with gratitude.
