The Amalfi Coast Bridal Shower Trend: How to Create It in Any NJ Venue

1. Start with the colors

Blue and white ceramics, white florals, little pops of lemon yellow and soft, airy textures. At one of our recent showers we used blue chinoiserie vases, white and blue hydrangeas, neutral linens and fresh lemons along every table. This palette is forgiving. It works in rustic rooms, modern ones, formal ballrooms and casual brunch spots.

If you have been on Pinterest or TikTok lately, you have seen it: lemons, blue and white ceramics, soft flowers and that easy Italian summer feeling. The Amalfi Coast bridal shower is everywhere, and honestly, I understand why. It is joyful, relaxed and so pretty.

The good news is you do not need a villa in Positano. We have created this look in restaurants, private dining rooms, event spaces and living rooms all over New Jersey. Here is how to bring it to yours.

2. Choose flowers that look effortless

White and blue hydrangeas, white roses, spray roses and plenty of greenery. The goal is soft and a little loose, like someone just picked them from a garden by the sea. Even indoors, this mix brings in that coastal feeling.

3. Add lemons, the signature touch

Scatter lemons along the table runner, add lemon-themed menus or citrus cookies, mix a few yellow blooms into the arrangements and greet everyone with a lemon-inspired welcome sign. A little goes a long way.

4. Give her a photo moment

One of my favorite setups was a blue and white flower wall with a “Miss to Mrs” neon sign. Balloons or a larger panel backdrop work beautifully too. Add a bloom bar in the same colors and you have a photo spot and the favors in one.

5. Finish with Mediterranean textures

Greenery runners, wood tables, white or ceramic candle holders, blue patterned tiles or prints, warm candlelight and Mediterranean-style vases. These details make the theme work in restaurants, barns, wineries and banquet rooms alike.

6. Tie it together with signage

A welcome sign that matches the lemons and tiles, plus matching menus, place cards and table numbers, makes the whole room feel considered.
