How Much Do Wedding Flowers Cost in New Jersey?
If you have looked at a dozen florist websites and still have no idea what wedding flowers cost, you are not alone. Most florists share prices only after a consultation, and I understand why: no two weddings are alike. Still, planning is so much easier with real numbers in front of you, so here are ours for 2026, for weddings in New Jersey, New York City and beyond, along with what makes a quote go up or down.
Fresh wedding flowers
Full-service fresh wedding florals with us start at $7,500. That covers the design, delivery, setup on your wedding day and pickup afterward. Inside your proposal every piece has its own price, so you can see exactly where your budget goes and adjust anything you like.
A few starting points: fresh bridesmaid bouquets from $60 and fresh centerpieces from $225. Your bridal bouquet is always fresh, and it is always yours to keep. If you want to see a centerpiece before you decide, we offer fresh floral mockups; the cost depends on the arrangement, so we quote it after a consultation.
Silk packages: the full look at a gentler price
Many couples mix the two: premium silk for the big pieces like arches, centerpieces and stair wraps, and fresh flowers for anything seen up close. Our silks look full and real from where your guests sit and in your photos. Because we care for them and reuse them wedding after wedding, they also mean fewer flowers grown, shipped and thrown away the morning after.
White Ceremony Package: $1,900
Ceremony Package (an 8 ft arch, silk aisle florals, an aisle runner and four arrangements): $2,900
White Reception Package (15 tall white silk centerpieces and your sweetheart table): $3,900
Complete wedding packages: Saphire $8,050, Emerald $9,100 and Diamond $10,600
You will find what each one includes on our wedding flower packages page. Fresh and silk are designed together as one look, matched in color, flower type and shape.

Floral arches from $900, and our floral chuppah at $1,999 (see the arches)

Flower walls from $500 (flower walls)
Bloom bar flower cart from $1,200

What changes the price
Two couples can bring the same inspiration photo and receive very different quotes. These are the things that move the number most:
Guest count and tables. Every table needs a centerpiece, so the number of tables matters more than almost anything else.
Fresh, silk or a mix. Silk brings the cost down for large pieces.
Height and fullness. A tall, lush arrangement holds many more stems than a low one.
Time and labor. Two ceremony locations, an early setup, or moving ceremony pieces to the reception during cocktail hour all take extra hands. The moving fee depends on how many pieces we move, any stairs or long walkways, the distance, and the help needed to finish within the hour.
Travel. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Wayne, NJ, and $2 per mile each way beyond that. For destination weddings, travel is planned right into your proposal.
My tip before you compare quotes
Ask every florist what is inside each piece: how tall, how full, which flowers, which vases and candles. Then ask what the price includes. With us, delivery nearby, setup and pickup are already in it. Once the details match, you are comparing the same design and can choose with confidence.
If your budget feels tight, put the most into what every guest and every camera sees, your ceremony backdrop and your sweetheart table, and let silk centerpieces and candlelight carry the rest.
Paying for your flowers
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due two months before the wedding, or in full at signing if your wedding is less than two months away. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, ACH, Klarna, Affirm and cash, and payment plans are available.
I hope these numbers make planning feel a little lighter. When you are ready, tell me your date, your venue and your budget, and I will share honestly what we can create together. More answers are waiting in our FAQs, and you can see real weddings on our luxury wedding flowers page.
With gratitude,
Lily
