What we love about The Madison Hotel
The glass Conservatory
With its white wood frame and walls of glass, the Conservatory fills with daylight. Flowers here should feel like a garden that wandered indoors, so I lean on soft roses, greenery and blooms that catch the sun.
The Glynallynn Ballroom
Arched mirrors, gilded columns and chandeliers make this ballroom feel grand. The mirrors double every candle, so even a modest number of votives looks like a sea of light.
The Garden Room for smaller weddings
For micro-weddings, the Garden Room is intimate and sweet. One long table with a lush runner of flowers can be all the décor you need. Add taper candles down the middle and it feels like a dinner party with the people you love most.
Celebrations we have loved here
We have designed so much more than weddings at The Madison. A bridal shower in the Conservatory had a rose flower wall, a balloon garland and a flower bar. In the same glass room, we created Princess Charleigh's Bridgerton-inspired first birthday. And for an engagement party, we wrapped the staircase in flowers.

Designing your flowers at The Madison Hotel
Light is everything in the Conservatory, so I choose flowers that look as good in soft afternoon sun as they do by candlelight. A ceremony there is lovely with a floral arch or chuppah, and our floral chuppah is $1,999. In the ballroom, high and low centerpieces with plenty of candles play beautifully off the mirrors. If your celebration uses the staircase, a stair wrap makes the grandest entrance.

Do you design showers and parties too?
Yes, and we love them. Showers, engagement parties and birthdays all get the same care as a wedding, from flower walls to table arrangements.
Can we reuse ceremony flowers at the reception?
Often, yes. Our team can move arrangements between rooms so your flowers work twice as hard, and the moving fee is set for each event.
How does payment work?
