What we love about Valley Regency
A ballroom in soft grey and white
The renovated Grand Ballroom has an ornate grey and white ceiling that feels elegant and calm. That gentle palette is a lovely canvas for almost any color story, from all white to blush or deep burgundy. Tall centerpieces draw the eye up toward the ceiling details.
A gazebo among the trees
The garden gazebo feels like a secret spot for your ceremony. I picture flowers spilling from its corners and a soft aisle of petals or lanterns leading to it. Greenery helps the design melt into the trees around it.
A sweetheart table to remember
The sweetheart table is where you will sit for much of the night, and it shows up in so many photos. A full front garland with candles, or a low lush design with a backdrop, gives the two of you a beautiful frame.

Designing your flowers at Valley Regency
For a gazebo ceremony, arrangements at the entrance and lining the aisle feel romantic, or we can add a floral arch nearby. In the ballroom, I love a mix of tall and low centerpieces so the room has rhythm. Soft draping behind your sweetheart table, from $450, adds depth and warmth.
Candles are my secret for this room. Votives and pillars scattered across the tables soften the grey and white ceiling and make the evening feel intimate, even with a big guest list.
